I'm lost - is there a tutorial?

I'm confused with the allow/disallow filter option.
Default all my created Filters in MC are listed and are set to false.
I want one of them to be active/valid and I set it to true (is this right?), but it seems not to work.

How long does it take until a filter option begins to show effect?

O.k. I think I got it
I checked the rejected sims option and now it is clear
True for disallow ;-)

But what exactly means the option Match All Active Filters? How does it work?

Not necessarily true for disallow. True means it is active. Whether it's allow or disallow depends on the Door Filter Type setting. Match All Active Filters means the Sim has to match all filters you have set to true, otherwise it must just match one.

O.k. as we found out in another threat the filters are not working as they suppose to: topic7752/o10

Well I tried a lot other filter settings using Create Filters in Gohere on the doors menu. Finally it seemed I got some to work, but when starting the game next time not any sim was listed, allowed to pass - all filters were somehow deactivated.
When I then switched the option on and off, the list was right again, until next game loading.

It just happend now and I could collect a scripterror for it

Code: Select all

<NRaas.GoHere>
<ModVersion value="44"/>
<BuildVersion value="0.2.0.209"/>
<Installed value="BaseGame, EP1, EP2, EP3, EP4, EP5, EP6, EP7, EP8, EP9, EP10, EP11"/>
<Enumerator value="1"/>

I'm a little bit frustrated now, I deleted all my created door filters to "reset" all setups in town (I could not find a general reset option) and give up, hoping that you can fix it in the near future.
