Try the following: click on the lot>>MC>>list of objects>>in luggage. This must be done when the necessary sim will be at home. By the way, I wonder if killing him with MC, will create this mod his grave, which you will find later in the mausoleum? (or would it be better to find with MC, because in my case the graves didn't appear in the mausoleum). I'm sorry, I don't know how to explain it better, ghosts are too problematic, but maybe you can come up with a clear plan on how to handle them so that everything goes smoothly.

To view an inactive sim's Personal Inventory, use Debug Enabler > Options: Sim > View Inventory. :-)

Thanks for the information Sarah. I'll give that a try.
I did a ghost baby test using Instant Baby and 10 kids were all human! Even after I added ghost to Antony in the 2nd play through. Using NRaas>MC>Intermediate>Occult: Add to add his ghostliness to him and it did give him a tombstone. And before adding the ghost in 'play with genetics' he looked human, just like in Stylist, but after adding ghost and with his tombstone in inventory, he looked like a ghost in 'play with genetics', but still all 5 Instant babies were human. I aged the first five to toddlers and they are all so cute, three of them getting his white hair and eyes. In the 2nd test with him finally having a tombstone, I was hoping for ghost babies but still no luck. I tried play with genetics and chose a ghost toddler, but on age up she was human. I tried occult add and made her a ghost toddler that way, and she did have a tombstone. So without a tombstone in inventory the game doesn't really recognize them as ghosts it seems. Antony's supposed to be Lucky but with 10 kids and no ghosts, I don't think so! I know the ghost baby chance is only 50% but you'd think at least one of them would have been a ghost like their father!

I suddenly remembered that very inventive players are forced to slurp their characters ghostly potion to make the ghostly child. I remember seeing it on some forum, but I don't remember the results. Maybe it will be useful if you want to increase the chances of success.

I have had a ghost baby using ghost potion before. But the ghost potion is an old age ghost which is white/gray, so the one ghost baby I got out of the triplets she had was white/gray and spooky looking. On the flip side, all three triplets did get their father's fairy genes! I ended up removing the ghostly genes from the poor little girl and letting her be just a fairy, like her brothers.
For Antony, I'd like his children to actually have a chance at being yellow ghosts but maybe it's the Instant Baby not allowing for it?
I could try having her be pregnant the long way and see what happens. LOL, And give them both the fertility reward!

My mistake with the ghost baby testing was in using MC Instant baby, which doesn't support ghost babies at this time, Thank you Chain for the flaw in my testing. With that information, I buckled down and went the normal route for pregnancy and triplets were born. A ghost baby girl, and two human boys. Thanks so much for everyone's help. Now to get back to my Town Jump after this interesting side game ghost fest!
