Perfect little world

Post by Sara_Darkees » July 2nd, 2019, 10:58 am

I remember someone once bringing up the topic about towns, and since I know some players are happily playing in custom worlds, I'm hoping for help. I just want to know if the world I need already exists or if I have to build it myself. I have a few important points about this, maybe someone will share something or make a tip where it can be found. I'll be very glad to any offers.

- It has to be a small or medium world where there are already built and beautifully designed public lots and houses.
- It has to be a world without CC, because I'm very worried about the performance of my game and add only the most necessary things to it.
- It's highly preferable that it should be a world built only on the basis of the base game.
- It has to be a world without palm trees and others tropical plants. And I'd very like this world to seem a bit abandoned, gloomy, but at the same time very cozy and reminiscent of the outskirts of some settlement.
- And, of course, this town must be good because it has no obvious glitches and it is well designed.

HunieKZ, I'm very grateful to you for your answer, but... the problem is that I'm leaving Midnight Hollow. By the way, if you want, I can offer you a few public lots from there, so they aren't wasted.

You might like Heaven's Greymont Bay. It's basegame only, with a little custom content but not much. The only problem is that it isn't finished yet, but once it's released I think you will like it.

Thanks, Cassie, I'll save the link in bookmarks.. And I hope that the houseboat is just the author's house for testing.

I've played Eltham's Drift and really like the size and look. It does have some residents and it plays well with no problems. For a much smaller world I also like West Victoria Island.

littlelambsy, thanks, but I don't have half the catalogs or add-ons, that's the problem.

Oops, my bad, I just rechecked and she does in fact use EP's, just no Stuff Packs or store content. I got confused because I only used basegame stuff while decorating one of her houses. I'm very sorry :(.
