Hello there, I downloaded the Master Controller mod for sims 3 in order to edit my werewolf sim in CAS (since we cant edit werewolves in game traditional cheats options). I managed to edit it, it worked just fine, but after that,I couldn't edit him again using the mod, his name wasn't on the ''list'', only his two friends from the same house were avaiable for editing. We can only edit a sim in CAS mode once???

Hi there. No, there is no such limit but a sim whom the game is seeing as undergoing a life state transition cannot be edited that way and I think these things can get stuck at times. There are also some CAS related fixes available for the werewolf occult in particular in the NRaas Hybrid mod, even if your sims are not hybrids, in case having that one in play helps unlock things for you.
