Well, when I say it didn't work, I meant my active sim and co-worker for any careers.
When it's time for my active sim to work, the boss shows up to building so, it must be that the mod itself is working I think?

So one Sim (the boss) stays on the lot and everyone else vanishes into the rabbithole? That sounds like a really weird bug.. I would still try to redownload..

Also try it out in a new savegame with just nraas and zerbus ultimate careers, with one of the standard careers.

Oh crap, I should have said and didn't.
Very beginning, I tested out the Spa Specialist Career, but what I was saying above post, I was talking about Law Enforcement Career.
I think it is what you called as "standard careers"?
And I was saying the career didn't work even after new save game with just nraas and zerbus.
Oh, wait, right after I found out about problem, I was already testing only with just nraas and zerbus mods.

Important would be testing that in a new game in a boring world others have also played like Sunset Valley.

After coming back from break from Sims 3, I got successful progress on this thread.
With the help from Discord of MissyHissy's Job Centre, I finally able to solve problem that I initially asked in the 1st page.
And the finally solution were these:
1. I had to remove some mirrors that is in back of the stairs of the 1st floor.
2. I had to remove some objects in in front of mirrors of the 1st floor, that is next to stairs.
3. I looked backed the requirements again and the Foot Massage Chair (which is store content obviously, which is why it was missing in the first place) was missing so I placed it.
4. I had to replace the Spa Rabbit Hole Rug that is placed in the Serenity Day Spa (10x15) by littlelambsy, with the "Rabbit Hole Replacements ", I used the rabbit hole rug that came with.
