Martial Arts Outfits

Is it possible to delete martial arts outfits from a sim without corrupting them? I'm playing in a custom town I made and populated myself. One of the residents is an adult male, but in all of his martial arts outfits, he changes to a female sim I made and played with years ago, even with the same hair she had. I did save her to the CAS bin back then, probably after she had learned martial arts, and it's possible that when I made him, she was the default CAS presented upon being opened.

It's been too long for me to remember if that was the case, but I have learned through the years that if I save a sim to the bin and use them again, even though only one set of outfits and the default 5 traits are all that appear in CAS, once they are in the game, they will have all the extra outfits and university/social group traits the original sim had at the time he/she was saved. The hair I used for the original sin would also be with any outfit I didn't change in CAS.

This is the only reason I can think of that this would be happening to this sim. I took him into CAS and changed him to female to see if he would look like her then, even though I was pretty sure he wouldn't. He didn't, so I must have randomized his face after swapping the gender of the sim that appeared. I also changed his skin color.

I decided to do some more checking with MC, and sure enough, he has all 8 martial arts outfits, even though he hasn't actually even learned the skill yet, and all of them are her. He also has her beekeeping outfit, and her university T-shirt outfit from the welcome kit, with her hair and face, and he has her university and social influence traits.

Maybe the situation is going to resolve itself. I returned to the game and started playing again, where my sim's husband is at the academy. I had changed the resident to his everyday outfit while he was using the training dummy, so I wouldn't have to look at him like that. When he reached level 1 in martial arts, he changed into the white outfit with his own body, face, hair, and coloring.

I have another question about this now. Is it possible that this issue with this particular sim could cause my save to become corrupted? I'm only on Monday of week 8, and the lag is terrible. They stand there doing nothing for several seconds between interactions, and when my singer performs a concert, the sound lags behind the actions by 2 or 3 seconds. Not only that, but the loading time is very long, though I haven't timed it. I reset the world every Sunday at 3 AM, right after OW does its job, and I reset my active family's lot after the game crashed to the desktop after my singer performed at the big show venue. But the lag is still just as bad, though the loading time might be a little better.

I never have problems like this, this early in a game. The game I posted here or on the Sims forum about, that took 7 1/2 minutes to load, was more than 30 sim weeks along, and that sim had traveled a lot, had a lot of collectibles in storage, and a lot of things on the home lot besides. This current household has a small house with very little in storage and not all that many things on their lot.

I don't think it's an issue with the world either. I made this world myself, and worked at finding and correcting places where sims get stuck until it wasn't happening anymore. I have played a lot in this world, and have very few stuck sim notices, and none at all so far in this game. I have been getting script errors now and then.

The two thing that are different about this world is that for this game I added in ST venues and the movie studio, and repopulated it with all new residents, but the same homeless & service sims. That's why I'm wondering if this all could be due to that one sim that has those artifacts from the saved sim I made him from. If that is the case, if I were to annihilate him, would that eliminate any corruption he caused?

I guess there is one other thing though. I installed the mod that unlocks the ST props that are normally only available with simporting, and used the steampunk props in the big show venue. I think the lag started about that time too. Could that be related?
