Despite copying the mobster career transfer opportunity and stbl exactly I get he strings text for English, any idea what to do?

I've not had any luck with this one. I just can't work out why it doesn't show up properly. Does it actually work? If you were to accept the opportunity, ignore the strings for a minute, does it actually complete properly and work the way it's meant to?

Oh yeah, it works the way I meant it to. I can actually transfer from a level in Criminal Career to my custom career. Its just the strings that don't work for some reason.
