Breaking down the light sources

My sims couldn't be there, definitely. They don't live there and that's why this apartment isn't even available to them. Maximum, that I did - asked down in yard friend-npc.

It's possible that the game may have moved a sim in there already when you weren't looking. I once put a house on an empty and in the time it took me to have my sim use the phone to move there the game already moved a sim in.

It's impossible. At the moment I don't use SP, besides I could still buy this apartment. I think it was npc-service or not resident. But they must only use the doors I let them use.

Breaking down the light sources

I'm going back to my old topic, because I want to say that it is so strange effect. I built another building in a new town. And this time the windows are glowing correctly. I placed markers in a similar manner, from memory. But light sources were broken again when I tried to set the maximum brightness. It seems that I'm not destined to succeed in imitating realistic lighting of buildings.
