Not possible to do that Retuner. Retuner can only change what is already there it can't add code that doesn't exist.

It's cruel, but now we at least know that it's not enough to cheat the game. But I remembered that I saw a mod for TS3, thanks to which babysitters are olds, not teenagers. The interesting thing about the Babysitter mod, if I'm reading it's description correctly, is that the adult variants do not add adults to the Babysitter pool alongside of teens. It replaces them so that teens can no longer be babysitters. That would leave our teens in the Service Pool with nothing else to do (as they cannot be Role Sims either). If we allow aging on the NPC households, wouldn't that effectively remove all children NPCs when they age up to teens, I mean even more systematically than what happens now?

I just assumed we could change the age category. I used Returner to change the the number of pools. However, in the case of the age category everything is much more complicated. In section ServiceNPCSpecifications I saw some parameters concerning the age of the service and outfits, but it's probably better not to touch.

They end up getting assigned to the fake meta autonomy or Out of Towner's if there is no Service opening and stay there until there is an opening or age up to YA which ever comes first. Same with the pre-made teen Babysitters they lose their service but just regulated to fake meta autonomy.

Yes, it is outdated, but I offered only to disassemble it to understand the principle of operation, and not to install. Although another mod clearly suggests that we just need section ServiceNPCSpecifications.

As someone explained a few pages ago, I blocked this because they would break. There's no teen outfit and the game gets upset when it can't find outfits.

It does, I have seen it go cry in the corner. I had to bring it hot cocoa and a teddy bear. The babysitter mod didn’t try to add in an age group that wasn’t there it just basically blocked ones already assigned, so no need for the game to through a fit whenever no outfit can be found. And now a moment of silence for the lost teen victim of this experiment, we will miss him.
