The secret of a beautiful house

It sounds even more depressing, because it makes me think I might get the same problems if I take over the construction of the town. And, it would seem, good motivation. I could build my very small town, includes buff in the houses at my discretion and live there happily, if I am happy with the result... It's also sad that the towns I like have problems. Lucky Palms is definitely not at the top of my list, but it turns out it works well :(

Wasn't trying to discourage you but CAW does have a learning curve. But then again you may have natural unlocked talent for it. I myself have natural talent for it but I'm also a bad teacher. Rflong at the Sims Forum as well a few active world builders can give you pointers if you run into problems or questions.
