Can I Entirely Disable Minor Pets and other Collecting? + 1 other ?l

No one knows everything this mod can do. Did you know you can tune the size of your sims nostrils with this mod? I'm kidding.

Can I Entirely Disable Minor Pets and other Collecting? + 1 other ?l

Post by Bowlady1955 » January 20th, 2019, 5:37 pm

I can't find the path on what I need to turn off Minor Pet Collecting and the different Ore, etc collections, would someone be kind enough to help me out?

Also is there a way to increase my Music (Rock Star) Settings, so his pay and bonuses are higher? He is only Fan at level 1 currently. I would like to make his "Rise" to stardom a little quicker without "cheating" completely.

Thank you in advance.

Cheers,
Bowlady

I think you may want to set the following interaction in Story Progression to false, rather than looking for a path in Retuner. I don't know if you have the SP Skill module installed though. If you haven't then just ignore me. :-)

NRaas > Story Progression > General > Options: Skills > Push Collecting

I'm not sure about the answer to your second question, sorry. Hopefully, someone else will know. :-)

Not sure I understand the second question. You have a sim who is Level 1 in their career.

-- You want to promote them to Level 2? (MC > Intermediate > Career > Level)
-- You want to boost their job performance score so that they are closer to promotion (...>Career > Job Performance)
-- You want to give them a raise without them having earned or asked their boss for one in-game? (...Career > Bonus) -- this is not named well by US standards, a "Bonus" by this command really means a raise over what would be the base level salary whereas here in real life it means here's a one-time payout of some extra cash for having done a really good job or something.
(MC Cheats add-on module required for each of these)

But you want to do these without cheating. I think you'll have to explain that part a bit better. What constitutes "cheating" vs. "making a slight adjustment" is a bit subjective. :)

Thanks igazor, you actually answered my question. What I meant by "cheating" was "I guess it would be the EA version" you can go to career and get to the top level immediately by clicking on the mailbox with Carl's Sims 3 Cheats Guide (which is what I used to use before I found you guys in October), I didn't want to be level 10 immediately, I wanted it to take some time but not a ton of time if you know what I mean.

So thank you very very much, for giving such a detailed answer, so I can go in and set it to the parameters "I would like to have them"

Cheers,
Bowlady
