Nraas career issue

I was told to make sure Chain_Reaction is aware of an issie I'm having with NRaas carrers. I made a custom career and copied the transfer info from the mobster career and altered it to work for my carrer in the unhashed stbl the line looks like this:

NRaas.Careers.CareerTransfer:ZFT_TransferFromCriminal

English STBL says: ZFT is in need of {0.SimName}'s special skills to help defend our universe from Invaders from an Alternate Universe and is offering a position as a {1.String}. Join the ranks of ZFT?


However, on screen it says only:

NRaas.Careers.CareerTransfer:ZFT_TransferFromCriminal

Despite I and another looking it over and finding nothing tat should be wrong (I even done it multiple times to make sure it was right and always get the same result). So, our question is is this a bug or what? Whats my next step?
The world calls for graphics/art work, and I answer. So, can I count on you to call me up for service?
