Is there an option in Retuner that will disable the chance of a sim standing on other sims feet while they are dancing slowly together?

Perhaps, but I believe that's a low skill interaction failure like forgetting to let go of a bowling ball or tossing the dough in the air while making a pizza and having it get stuck to the ceiling. It should go away with practice or if you use MC Cheats to increase the sims' hidden Dance skills -- the one with a range from 1 to 3, not the Dance Studio store set driven one.

In skills I always give the whole town Teen- Elders lev 3 dance skills. It bugged me this stepping on toes, so I cured it that way. Its in MC Skills, dancing. There's two dance skills in there. Not the ballet slipper dance skill, the other one. Not in game at the moment. Hope that helps.

I had no idea that the stepping on toes while slow dancing came with the low dancing skill, I thought they just did it regardless.

Can you do the whole town at one time, if so pathway please, or do you do them individually? I know how to do individually.

bekkasan - On City Hall or an in-game computer, NRaas > MC > Sim > Advanced > Skill Level > (choose the correct skill) > (filter to the sims you want or hit X to dismiss the filter) > select the sims you want or there should be an "All Sims" selection available.
(MC Cheats add-on module required)

Most MC commands that can be reached through City Hall/computers work this way and can be run on many or all sims in town at once.
