Are we talking about NRaas > MC > Sim > Intermediate > Occult:Add (and Remove)? Those commands require the MC Cheats add-on module in addition to the MC base mod. Are both the MC mod and MC Cheats in place?

I can understand the limitations of slow connections, and patch updates by way of the Launcher are often unreliable anyway. The SuperPatcher is admittedly a huge download at over 1.5 GB, but it's easy to run once you have it.

It's also a standalone executable file. If your computer is a laptop, can you bring it to a location more suitable to receive the download? Or if not, Is there another location from which you can download it, and then bring it to the computer that has TS3 installed by way of a USB thumb drive or some other such device?

Edit: I've just checked our records again, and there never was a MasterController for Patch 1.37 as it was skipped over so I'm not even sure which version you would need. It appears that no one here doing mod development at the time (that would be Twallan, our founder now retired) ever worked on that patch level. It's possible this one was included on the retail Supernatural discs as that would be about the time of its release, but 1.38 was pushed out at the same time. This happened with a few other patch levels for which no mods were really developed as well.
i mean the occult:add i dont have it in master controller but this guy have it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EURQIAS73cM

MC stands for MasterController.

MC is a base mod. MC Cheats is an add-on to the base mod. Both MC and MC Cheats must be in place for the MC Cheats specific commands to show up.

Do ANY of the MC Cheats specific commands show up on Sim > Intermediate? (examples: Age (Absolute/Relative), Partner Pollinate, Weight, Zodiac)

If both files, MC and MC Cheats, are in place then while the game is not running, try clearing (deleting) the scriptCache.package file on the top level of your TS3 user game folder in Documents if you don't already routinely do this then reload and see if that helps. Also please confirm that you are no longer on Patch 1.62 as that would leave us in unknown territory still.
