Can I extend moodlets with Mastercontroller?

I play on a very big lifespan, and I want to be able to extend moodlets like mourning, or just negative ones in general. Is this possible? In any of the Nraas mods?

And yes, this strange " A" spoils even the links. But I believe it will be fixed soon.

I copied and pasted the link into a new browser and deleted the code after the "html" and that brought me to the mod. It's called appropriately "Extended Buffs."
