Editing lot description or family

Is there a way to use NRaas mods to change lot descriptions or family descriptions in game. It takes my neighborhood
 forever to go into “Edit Town”.

I think you can do that with Debug Enabler.

I would figure out why it takes forever to go into edit town. That's not normal
