Notifications and reports
Hi, I have problem. I want to disable notifications from showing up, but I'm afraid it would also disable report logs for me to generate (I need them for my project)... Is there any way to do that?

Afraid I'm not quite sure what is being asked for here.
If you mean SP story reports displaying on-screen within the game, those are controllable under NRaas > SP > General Options > All Stories > (select some subset of sims on which to receive the story reports or None).
There is no way to suppress all SP notifications of all kinds, nor any way to suppress game generated notifications that have nothing to do with the mods. What did you mean by Reports -- script logs generated by file or something else?

Okay, I believe that would be the Story Log Dump. The setting for that are on General Options > Options:Stories. I don't know if suppressing the story under the All Stories options also suppresses it from the Log Dump. Perhaps you could try a test run and see what happens?
