When my sim reads the paper I'm getting announcements about "bouncing baby boy/girl born", but sometimes it turns out it's a pet! I can generally tell when the name is not exactly a common person name, but not always. I want to know about kids being born, but I don't give a crap about people getting pets, is there anything that will change that to just tell me about actual babies?

Second, I talked about this next question in another thread, but I don't think we covered if a mod will fix this. I'm wanting to make job extras like Lectures at the school, Hold meetings and those types of things be more efficient!  I mean the sims I have in school jobs literally give 2-3 lectures every day, even on days off, and I can't get that darn thing above halfway! They even give great lectures to other sims!
Last time I brought this up it was more about writing reports and reviews and I think it was Sittingbear (sorry if I'm wrong here) who found out all the statistics on how much we have to do to fulfill EA's outrageous demands, but I don't remember if there was any mod that would help this and I can't find the post. I keep having issues with searching here though, so I'm sorry, but I gave up looking and just decided to ask again.  I know we are still working out kinks here, so sorry.
