Script error on attempted Dream Pod woohoo

Post by kittykatmeow10 » October 23rd, 2018, 10:20 pm

Hey there,

I tried to have two of my sims have a regular Woohoo in a Dream Pod, but the interaction causes a script error just about when the "woohoo shield" (as the text in the script error calls it) on the Dream Pod is supposed to come down, and the two sims immediately stop the interaction. (unlike some script errors I've had, the sims don't "pop" off of the object. Both of them are still lying on the bed, but they aren't facing each other and their faces are completely expressionless. It's creepy. )
I tried a ResetSim on both sims involved and a Reset Lot with MasterController, but the same issue with the same script error occured regardless.

Both sims have some Kama Simtra skill, so I don't know if that would be pertinent info or not.
I know the Upload functionality is currently disabled, so here's the link to my uploaded script error file on my personal Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1c5Rlj ... prliymPILP

I haven't had issues with having two sims woohoo in a DreamPod before with Woohooer installed, but neither of the sims involved had Kama Simtra skill in the instances I can remember.

Script error on attempted Dream Pod woohoo

That is the correct way to share script logs until our upload mechanism is working again, thanks.

Could very well be mistaken and hope to be corrected by Chain if so, but I believe these are the critical parts of that error, not the shields coming down bit.

System.ApplicationException: Could not parent object Sims3.Gameplay.Objects.Beds.BedDreamPodPoorNRaas instance dreamPodWoohoo to object Sims3.Gameplay.Objects.Beds.BedDreamPodPoorNRaas
#0: 0x00071 throw in Sims3.Gameplay.Sims3.Gameplay.GlobalFunctions:CreateObjectParentedToSlot (string,Sims3.SimIFace.ProductVersion,Sims3.Gameplay.Interfaces.IGameObject,Sims3.SimIFace.Slot,string,Sims3.SimIFace.Simulator/ObjectInitParameters)

"DreamPodPoor"? It's possible they are all called that, but is this EA's dream pod or a CC version? Is there another more expensive model available in the catalog that isn't for "poor" sims?

Script error on attempted Dream Pod woohoo

To my knowledge, there is only 1 dream pod available, and that's the one I have. This is the Dream Pod that comes with Into the Future; I do not have any CC dream pods in my game.
