Is that inactive can find romance, married, and have a baby this mod?

By EA, inactive cant have baby even that 2 sims married. So, no more inactive have children and teenager if play long in same world and every generations. I only seen that EA spawn the lonely adult sometimes move on empty household, no child. Ik that Nraas SP can solve it but i dont want use it. Is that Nraas Woohooer mod can it?

The answer is, "sort of." Woohooer alone will add more romance to your inactive sims' lives. As a results, occasionally babies will be made that otherwise would not be, but not really what one can count on to keep a world populated into the next generations and provide a good dating pool for your own kids/teens as they grow up. It's story progression that governs more systematic baby making and, when needed, immigration of new households with kids.

But as you have seen, EA's story progression tends to stall out after a generation or so, moves sims and entire households out of your world (emigration/culling) when you don't want this, and for most players becomes useless. To keep their worlds going and not become ghost towns, they have to create and move in their own new inactive households with kids, direct inactives to have babies one couple at a time using a mod like MasterController, or rely on a modded version of story progression such as NRaas SP or Awesome's StoryMode to handle these things more hands-off.

I'm sure you have good reasons for avoiding NRaas SP, it's not for everyone. But may I ask why?

So, this mod doesnt make inactives sims have baby, only just romance? If can it, please tell me the Nraas Woohoer setting to make inactive married and have baby. Besides, EA SP sometimes move randomly and generate inactive sims with baby or child to empty house lot if population sims low in world?

First of all reason not use Nrass Sp because it become more lagging when play longer in same world. Other reason, when I use base mod of Nraas SP and SP money, that make inactive sims supernatural not populated it, inactive sims not gain variaty skills, inactive sims not got promote jobs and many more that i must need to use other Nraas SP ep such as SP career, SP skills to solve it but that make more lagging if use more Nraas SP mod. I hope u know it what i say. My suggestion is making standalone mod of Nraas SP and it eps, for example if use Nraas money only for standalone mod, only about money with use Nraas Sp and others will use EA SP.

I am sorry that NRaas SP with more of it's add-on modules lags your game. There are settings within SP that you could adjust if you haven't tried. For example, its overall speed can be dialed back to reduce impact and you can restrict Story generation to fewer sims, these two things work well for many players.
On City Hall or an in-game computer:
NRaas > SP > General Options > Adjust Speed > (choose one of the two slower ones)
NRaas > SP > General Options > All Stories > (adjust to some subset of sims instead of all in town); the effects of the stories will still take place, but only certain ones will display on screen.

It can take a sim day or so to notice the effects of either change above.

Also, as of v266, SP Extra's map tags were removed from the mod and a different version of that feature is provided in the Tagger mod. Those of us who were using SP Extra's map tag system found that the overall performance of SP improved greatly after this happened.

Woohooer alone will not serve well to keep a world populated. Again, it is essentially a romance manager from which an occasional baby might be created. There is no way (I know of) for NRaas SP to integrate with EA's broken story progression, it has to be one or the other. Or the third choice, which would be AwesomeMod's Story Mode, although I never got that one to keep my world well-populated either back when I was using it (others have) and of course we can't really offer much in the way of support for that one here.

Ok, thanks so much igazor for helping me and give us info about mods function. I need to reinstall Nraas SP plus eps and try to change lower setting it, sometimes it much enjoy than EA SP bcoz i love watch inactive sims do more anything than EA such as first, they have own randoms vehicles, they buy something like guitar, laptop, and many more, get married and have a baby, some inactives sims do job mission as firefighter and ghost hunter, they follow lifetime wish to complete, and all this features that im really like it. But, this make lagging and Im try to keep lower setting as I can that you said. Im only use Nraas SP base, extras, money, skills, relationship, career, and population.
I have some suggestion to Nraas SP for more features and more enjoy for me in futures update:
- Make inactive sims have also own randoms boats especially live in island paradise (SP Money).
- Make inactive sims add do mission as investigator, life guard, performer stage and in salon (SP Career).
- Make homeless sims also buy something (like Mixologist, Bouncer, tends something and many more) such as vehicles, umbrellas and anything. (SP Money)
- Make inactive sims randomly spawn gain skill level by level slowly base on they follow lifetime wish. (SP Skills)
- Make inactive sims still add randomly supernaturals type without using Nraas SP Vampires, slayers, fairies and werewolves. (SP base)
- Make add randomly supernaturals type such as Mermaid, Ghost, Plant Sims, Genie, a few Simbot and Plumbot for ITF world. (SP base) or make new Nraas SP expand and named 'Nraas SP Supernaturals'.

This all my suggestions and Its all my pressure for more enjoy. I hope you can make it in future update sometimes. Thank You.

Well on the boats they can buy those just depends if they want too but it can also be odd seeing a sailboat in the front yard in SV
On your second they already do simulated missions you just don't see them that often
On the third the game already gifts them those
On the fourth the Skill module already gives them the ability to do that whether they do it is a different matter
On the fifth I have seen that happen but it is very rare maybe it could be more random
On the sixth interesting

So, all of them already have do it except about supernaturals. I hope it have in new Nraas SP update, its still have more missing features from EA SP.

With various degrees of success yes they are still being improved a little bit at a time the trouble spots for careers are the self-employed and the Ghost Hunter
The Ghost Hunter is one you would not want an inactive doing as it can mess things up little best to only have an active sim do that career
