Skinny dip get in pool

Post by Deldhinor » September 2nd, 2016, 3:22 pm

I get this error wrom woohooer, when a male sim (most of the times) swims naked in a pool. It happens to Active and NPCs but not every time. What this error script speaks about?

This "null value was found where an object instance was required", happens only with male sims, when autonomus a sim swims naked, active or npc an happens only autonomus. The pools that this error is reported are curved pools on foundations. Such pools accept only stairs and not diving boards. The only mod that I have and has to do with woohoo at pool is passion but I never got such error when a passion happens at a pool. Has anyone see something like this before? This error is only a report from woohooer. It does not make any issue or reset or something. just an error report.

In the future, if you could, please upload script errors to our site using the Pages and Files function as per the instructions. It does make them easier to work with.

There might be a simpler explanation for this failure that a coder can provide. But in the meantime, I notice that the sim in question is a hybrid fairy-witch. Are all of the sims getting this error hybrids? Do you have the Hybrid mod in play and, if so, which version?

The null value found error generally suggests a tuning mod from another party that is malformed or not compatible with current patch levels although there can be other causes. While waiting for a more informed response here you might, if you want to investigate further, run a test session with NRaas mods only (caches cleared) to see if the Woohooer error persists on these sims. That is, if you can get them into a similar situation and they want to skinny dip autonomously again.

Thanks igazor. It's Hybrid 9 and now as you said, yes, it happend only on hybrids. I have 3 mods for supernaturals but only for vampires. (Sauzer.VampirePowers, Demon Baby, fer456.VampireTweaker) and one tuning mod about apples (Nona_DeadlyPoisonedApple). I'll start tests without them.

My suggestion was to run a test with no non-NRaas mods at all. It's surprising the things a seemingly unrelated tuning mod can interfere with. But if the behavior involves only hybrids, there may not be a solution here. There are certain actions that are still blocked or do not work right with various occult states and hybrid mixes that the Hybrid mod doesn't yet fix. Autonomous skinny-dipping might be one of them.

That's a debug exception which is normally silenced. Do you have debugging enabled?

The option Remove Bugs was enabled. I did a total reset of woohooer. I think I must read the FAQ again.... Thanks again Nraas!
