I don't remember having this problem before and I have no idea what the problem might be.
I'm doing the 'Family Man' challenge which means you have to get as much babies as possible with various women all over town.
But for some reason, 'Try for Baby' became gray right after the first baby was born (with another woman), and it gives the message "Has Blocking Moodlet". It doesn't happen any other time so it must have something to do with the baby and the moodlets that come with it, as it happened right after.
I di just force the girl to break up with her man and my Sim does have the Manipulator reputation but she came into my bed willingly the first time I Tried for Baby. After they finished but it failed, the baby was born and I wanted to try again, but then this happened.
Please help me. I can't do this challenge if this problem continues.

By any chance are you using NRaas StoryProgression, cause Woohooer doesn't affect Sims of having another Try For a Baby right after a newborn?
I am not so sure if EA SP has a cool down after birth of a newborn, but our NRaas SP does by default for 3 days.
If you do have our NRaas StoryProgression, look at: City Hall> NRaas> SP> General> Options:Pregnancy> Cooldown: Between Pregnancies> default on 3, change it to 0.

Could be mistaken, but I believe the 3 day cooldown blocking moodlet would have been placed on those sims while you still had the SP setting J4Ks mentions set at 3. Changing the setting would only affect sims who have babies going forward, not retroactively. Could you check MC > (Sim) > Intermediate > Moodlets > Remove Moodlet to see if there are any new baby related moodlets in place that you can now remove to see if that helps? (MC Cheats module required)
Note that there is also an SP cooldown period for new babies after a marriage takes place, but that doesn't sound relevant here.
