Issue with WooHoo in toilet stall on public lot?

Post by springacres » May 23rd, 2015, 4:38 pm

Title says it all. My Sim was on a public lot, I tried to get him to WooHoo with his partner in a toilet stall, double checked it was in a bathroom both could use, and bam... script error. The error says it's with the base mod, but I suspect it has to do with the Toilet Stall add-on. Could someone take a look at the file I just uploaded and tell me what's going on, please? Thanks in advance!

Hi springacres,

Although the scripterror reports it can't find add on Woohooer ToiletStall, I see that it is in your setup, so there should not be a reason why it's erroring out as I've used the Stall to replenish the Fun Motive at school.

Can you try one thing, delete the scriptCache.package from your Sims 3 userdirectory (Documents\EA\Sims3) start your game and load your save. Try replicating the issue.

Thanks!

Another thing you might want to try is re-download the Woohooer ToiletStall add-on, maybe the one you got is corrupt in some sort of way.

I tried it again after deleting my ScriptCache file and it worked. I must have forgotten to do that earlier. What's odd is that I normally do that EVERY time before I start playing, even if I haven't installed any new mods or updated anything recently. Oh, well, at least it's working now!

It is a proven fact that complaining about something on an Internet message board causes whatever the problem is to be magically fixed around 25% of the time. But it is also the case that 83% of statistics on the Internet are totally made up, with a +/- 64% margin of error. :)

Remember I said that trick always works for me too? It's voodoo.
