@babele44 Indeed that appears to be correct. I found the buoys sound effects with S3PE and they have the "fx" tag. I'm wrapping it up and going to test it in a little bit because there appears to be a main AUDT buoy sound and 10 AUDIT to follow, so I'm trying to see if I can shut it off by simply preventing the entire repertoire from ever being called. I was also a bit nervous because I couldn't for the life of me find anything regarding the issue, so it was really, really relieving when I read your post and it matched exactly what I had been getting which allowed me to reproduce the error in a fresh new save, ruling out that it could be something in my save .
I'll post an update once I test run the mod.
@Mandelyn Thanks for mentioning it, I'll keep it in mind!

Of course! If you know your way around S3PE, what you are looking for is in the FullBuild1.package, tag AUDT, full name fx_waterbuoy. This is the resource that calls all the buoy AUDIT sound effects. Export it as a file, open it and erase all of its content, save it. Then on S3PE import the file and save it, and that should be about it. Just add it to your mods folder and test it out. This is pretty what the STFU mods are and it was thanks to them that I realized all you had to do was wipe the AUDT file.
