Temporary Work Needs Testing

I have my test results for http://nraas.wikispaces.com/share/view/65898496 for the harvestable plants not coming out of their dormant state posted in the thread. I did an EA standard, with just a few mods in (NRAAS) and then with all the mods I play with, including tempest. The results were all similar.

In my first test of this with all my mods from Nraas (including story progression and all the modules except personalities) installed, I couldn't replicate the issue. I then pulled story progression and put in an old save with a sim in the same career, but was at a level 10. This save had never been touched by Nraas story progression and the issue pops up. I noticed that the boss with Nraas SP actually is an inactive, while the boss without is a fill in NPC that sometimes isn't at work (I stuck a MC map tag on him).
I think it may stem from 1 of these 3 known glitches, taken from the sims wiki:
1:There is a glitch on the level 3 Thug rank, in which a PC sim is required to go to work on Wednesday at 9pm on the 2nd week and thereafter even though they are not scheduled to work on that day. The PC sim will not get a notice to go to work until work has started. The player can also go down in performance and get demoted if they do not go to work on that day. In addition, the player will not go up in performance if they do go to work.
2: At times, if the NPC boss is not at work or comes late to work, the PC sim will not get an increase in performance until the NPC boss comes to work. The PC sims will be stuck on the "Going to Work" status until the NPC boss arrives. To make matter worse, the PC sim will not go up in performance and can still go down in performance if they leave work early. Certain events will not transpire nor rewards received until the NPC boss comes to work.
3: Another glitch is from level 4 Getaway Driver upwards when sim goes to work (starts at 9pm), increase of job performance does not start and the working status stays as "Going to Work" until 12 midnight. Leaving work and going back does not make any difference.
It doesn't replicate the exact issue of the OP, but I can say that the career is basically broken without Nraas SP to make the boss an inactive.
