Chatterbox German Teenager Job
Hi PikAs2,
I'll answer you in English. I am guessing you have our NRaas StoryProgression, if so then there is a trigger in CityHall> NRaas> SP> Town Options> Career Allow Find Job> by default set on True, which means globally all Sims in their appropriate Ages (Teen and Beyond) will try to find a job. If turning this to false it will basically stop all Sims of finding a job, who doesn't have one already.
My suggestion is to do it in Caste so you cover only a certain age group, in your case Teenagers, go into Cityhall> NRaas> SP> Caste Options> Teenagers> and set within interaction Career Allow Find Job> False (You might need to do this twice as it first jumps on True and then to False.
This way Sims that are YoungAdults and Beyond can still autonomously find a job on their own based on traitscoring or LTW.
Good luck

I will add to this, also in English, that doing what J4Ks suggested will prevent SP from pushing teens into part time jobs. But the game itself might still do so independently. Two further steps to consider after that, if needed:
1 - On City Hall, NRaas > SP > Caste Options > Teenagers > Career:Disallow Jobs > (and specify all the part time jobs)
2 - If you have the Careers mod, you can add the optional Unemployed add-on module that provides a place-holder "empty" career to sims that you give it to. In the case of teens, that should stop the game from seeing them as really unemployed and okay to use in other job slots.
