There is no intended connection between SP and the Charisma skill challenges that you describe and I don't recall this ever being reported on before. I have had SP in play for years and have never noted this, including currently where the sims I happen to be playing are new (to me, within that game) and only just moving up the Charisma skill ladder with only around half of them having met the challenges now. On my end, it's all still working as intended with the relationship bonuses and lack of friendship decay applied where they should be.

Could you perhaps try to run a copy of this game, or a new or different save, with all mods except NRaas removed (and the script cache cleared) to see if the issue persists? Possibly something else in your game, if you do have other mods in play, is interfering here or that in combo with SP is providing the interference. And also, just to make sure, you are running the game on a current patch level (1.67 or 1.69) and have the most recent releases of all NRaas mods, including SP and any add-on modules?

I wasn't referring to other NRaas mods, of course they are not going to interfere with SP as they are all designed to work together. I meant mods from sources other than NRaas if you have any.

Again, this is an unusual report, the first I can recall hearing about it. May I ask please, the source of your TS3 game? Is this a retail disc install, Steam, some form of downloaded digital version, from someplace else? Any hacks or "helper" Sims3 related things in play from other sites? From the sound of it, while SP may be the catalyst or trigger as you are seeing, something else we haven't identified yet is interfering here.

Very sorry, but NRaas mods are not supported on illegitimate copies of the game. Locking this one up.
