Scooter speed
Scooter speed
I feel like an idiot having to ask this but is there a way to change the speed of the scooter from WA? All I can find is Adulthoverscooter and I am assuming that's not it.

I believe that scooters behave the same as cars and bicycles in that each individual vehicle model has its own speed setting associated with it. If you can find a custom version of the Kenspa scooter, the path of less resistance might be to alter that ones speed rating in S3PE (if package based). Getting inactive sims to actually use it might be another story.

Ahh, okay, everything outside the Tunable By XML method is mostly used to change Autonomy behavior, Advertisement Output and Age/Species restrictions.
For in-depth usage, control, chances and what not are editable within the XML's, to find what you are able to tune in such XML file, download the Full EA Tuning file v1.63 near the bottom of this page: <a href="http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Retuner+FAQ ... ner+FAQ</a>
Then open it up in Notepad and enter a criteria in the search box (CTRL+F), it should guide you to the right XML located in the list.

Thank you! I have the EA Tuning file and believe it or not, I was searching for "scooter" but after the 7th "scooter taxi and other combinations" or so, my eyes glazed over and I thought I'm missing something, so I stopped and thought I'd ask before I change something I shouldn't.
I've only recently looked at what packages actually contain in SPE and I'm quite overwhelmed and somewhat intimidated.
Patience is a virtue, apparently. Sorry to have wasted your time and again, thanks so much for the rapid reply!
