I found out what was wrong. After checking Dashboard while doing the 50-50 method, I saw that I had some conflicting mods that dealt with club in LN. After doing a test run with both mods out, Register finally assigned roles to the objects.

I finally request that this thread be locked. Thanks for everyone helping me.

I suspect one or both of those was out dated. Tuning mods don't really conflict in the sense you'd think. It's just one will work and the other will be ignored.
