Hello,
I have been playing my dynasty family for quite some time. I have no custom content, but I do play with the following mods by NRaas:
1. Debug Enabler
2. Dreamer
3. Error Trap
4. Master Controller + Master Controller Cheats
5. Mover
6. NoCD
7. Overwatch
8. Portrait Panel
9. Relationship Panel
10. Retuner
11. Story Progression
12. Traveler
13. Woohooer + Woohooer Scoring Package.
Lately, I will be playing my game normally and the game saves normally. However, if I exit the game and reload it later initially the family's portrait is visible upon loading. When the household loads though, all the portraits are normal but when I zoom into my house all the sims in my household are invisible. Upon loading, I get a notification of an MC error and that imaginery friends have been repaired. When pulling the logs I see repairs for dolls Cosmo and Patches specifically. (I would like to note here that I hate those dolls).
Things I have tried (and failed):
-I have tried resetting the lot, resetting all sims in the town, resetting all objects in the town, and the "fix invisible sims". This brings my Sims back, but they all look different (different clothes, hairstyles, portraits) BUT then whenever I send them to do any action that requires changing clothes they just stand there. They can't change clothes. If I go to CAS to change their appearance the change doesn't stay when confirming changes in CAS.
-Move household out and then back in --> family portrait picture goes empty, sims still cannot change clothes
-Switching to a different household --> sims in other household cannot change clothes either!!
-Rolling back to a save that wasn't affected - only thing that works, however I am losing considerable gameplay time. Also never turning off the game isn't an option because after 4-5 days I eventually get error code 12 or a crash to desktop which forces me to exit.
So far I have realized somehow this is tied to a screwed up IF doll, so I downloaded Master Controller Cheats and I deleted all of the IF dolls out of the game. I also downloaded Retuner to prevent future babies from receiving the dolls. I'm currently testing to see if this allows me to keep loading up the game from various progressive saves.
Does anyone have any insight on this issue? I uploaded the Script Errors. Thanks so much!

Do the Sims facial features change with fix invisible Sims as well or is it just the clothes and hair styles? If their facial features change, you have data corruption that runs pretty deep and I'd recommend reverting to the other save. If it's just the clothes, try your game without any cc or mods other than these and see if you can get the CAS changes to stick on them.
I don't believe it's related to the dolls but you do have one that is bouncing Overwatch. I assume that probably started after you deleted the dolls. Did you forget to delete their related service Sim as well? That would cause the error.

I'd like to clarify this one a bit, if I may. You have both an Overwatch and an ErrorTrap error here. It's the classic Imaginary Friend is stuck in a mailbox somewhere in town when they want to animate scenario. There is a two-process to get rid of existing IFs as Chain alluded to. The first step is to use testingcheats shift-click to get rid of the doll (once you find it) and the second is to use MC to Totally Annihilate (TA) the underlying IF Service Sim. MC Cheats doesn't actually enter into the process at all, unless maybe you were using one of the MC Inventory Flush commands to get rid of just the doll. The TA step for the underlying Service Sim would still be required in that case.
The facial features do not change, just their wardrobe, clothes and make up. I don't like the IF dolls so for the longest time I delete them out of my Sims inventory using Radius Purge. I never had an issue until about a week ago and I'm not sure what triggers it.
I can go back to an older save, but the problem is that it keeps happening as I progress forward. As soon as my main sim becomes pregnant, and I save and reload the error occurs again.
Is there a way that I can disable Overwatch from trying to recover the IF?
How do I find the doll if it is in a mailbox somewhere else in town?

To delete the dolls if you don't know where they are in town, try on City Hall or an in-game computer, NRaas > MC > Town > Object Stats > Local and select to Flush.
To delete the persisting underlying Service Sims, try on City Hall or an in-game computer NRaas > Sim > Advanced > Total Annihilation > (filter to Type of Sim > Service).
Save As, Quit (entirely) and reload.
