Since there's the population filter option of 2 days until age up, can I request the opposite of that? Just sims who have aged-up in the past few days. I tend to pull them into stylist after they age up and this would be a quicker way to filter them. Thanks!

Fine idea. Noted for future consideration.

For the interim, a slightly less clean approach would be to filter by "Days Until Age Up". The sims with the biggest values should be the new age ups.
