dropping a lifetime reward grants double the amount of lifetime happiness points the reward was worth.

The other possible issue is that I cannot choose any career opportunities for Sims in professions (acrobat and ghosthunter in my case)

My version of MC is 133, with both Cheats and Integration installed.

I have no experience with the Acrobat but the Ghost Hunter career relies on special spirit spawners which are not available in buydebug the opportunities for that can only be unlocked it seems by advancing in career level or meeting other conditions due to the special spawners it relies on

Thanks for your reply, but I am not talking about the jobs you get as a ghosthunter but career opportunities you receive by phone. According to DebugEnabler there should be 4 career specific opportunities for ghosthunters:
EP2_GhostHunterCareer_DonateSpirits
EP2_GhostHunterCareer_HauntedHouse
EP2_GhostHunterCareer_Props
EP2_GhostHunterCareer_ScareCrooks
I don't remember all of them but the last one is a special opportunity at the criminal hideout rabbithole; it doesn't involve investigating the rabbithole like in the usual Paranormal Investigation jobs you receive at 5pm via the notification system.

The acrobat career has 19 opportunities listed in DE, but there is no option in MasterController to select any of them. The problem with using DE is that some opportunities require a certain level in the profession and if you select one your Sim will be automatically promoted to the required level. My acrobat went from level 1 to 8 just for one opportunity.

I am not entirely sure, however, whether this has always been the case and profession opportunities were never in MC to begin with.

The opportunities for the professions are different and have special conditions if I remember correctly for the Ghost Hunter 3 of those use a different name in the game and I can't remember them offhand
