I have an error file that states correction log - LunarPhase Repaired. What does that mean and why do I have that pretty often?

This is one of those game bugs that needs to be constantly corrected by Overwatch to yield a desired effect for the player. If you were to pull up the OW release notes page and do a ctrl+F type of search for "lunar," you can see the history here and how what is the current correction system came to be.
