I enabled teen-adult relationships as well as teen pregnancy on woohooer. I have Story Progression installed. Is there a way for only my sim, the sim I choose, to be the only one that can have teen-adult relationships because I don't want other sims in my town to potentially have that kind of relationship too?

Generally speaking, the lifting of restrictions on romance and woohoo (and hence risky/try for baby) on teen-older are across the board and not restricted to any one or group of sims. However, if you play with the mod linked to SP as shown under Woohooer > General Options, then Woohooer should obey any restrictions as dictated by SP.

Therefore, in SP, you would want to use the Teen caste to deny the ability for Teens to flirt, romance. or impregnate (or become pregnant by) any other group except other teens, and restrict the castes for YA, Adult, and Elder to allow flirts,romance, and pregnancies to other YAs, Adults and Elders. For the sims you do want to have this freedom, the options allowing them can then be set on the Sim Options level, which will trump Caste Options, or you can create a new caste with a higher Priority setting just for the teens and older sims you want to have this ability.

The above can be arranged as well if Woohooer and SP are not linked as per Woohooer's General Options setting, but in that case harmless flirts will still happen, and teen-older may still woohoo and impregnate each other with SP shutting down any relationships or pregnancies formed by such activity once it "notices" them.
