Hello, I'm trying to create a functional "retirement house" for elders with the help of the Career mod. With the Career Mod, retirement became a Career (I know the purpose is to prevent retered sims to be given a new job). I'm looking for a way to change the values for this career, the outfit, the working hours, I would put a negative salary and set a workplace with Zerbu's mod. But (that's the purpose of my message) Retirement does not appear as a Career in the Career XML. Can you help me?

As I understand it, the changes that NRaas mods make to the retirement designation are provided by StoryProgression, not the Careers mod.

It's not a totally real career, though and I do not believe retired sims have a career outfit associated with that designation nor earn a salary. They do get to collect a pension if they have earned one during their working years. With Register in play, the town's Role Sims are also given this designation so that they do not get pulled into rabbithole jobs like other unemployed sims are thus constantly causing their role giving objects to need restaffing.

I wonder if what you are thinking of and wish to manipulate is the custom Unemployed career module that is available alongside of the Careers mod.

Thank you for clearing that up. Since "retired" is just a facade that explains why I won't be able to customize it like a custom career. I will look into the "Unemployed career" then and see if I can force elders in town to get this career with the caste system.
