Hi everyone,
There's a world I'd like my "Sims" to travel to, but I want to use the updated version that's in a .sav file. So I tried the .nhd swap method, where I put the .nhd file from that .sav into the game I'm playing, but when I travel to the world it brings up the old, "blank" version. Any suggestions? I tried deleting the cache files and that didn't work.
Thanks!

I haven't played that one so not sure if it would be a problem. Hopefully someone else has an answer for you soon. I do the same thing as what you did. I take the .nhd file from the world I remodeled (after saving it) and put it into my last save folder for the game I'm playing. That always works for me.

It's always a good idea to test custom worlds off to the side to make sure they are going to cooperate with Traveler by traveling from a known to function world and back a couple of times. Some of them do not have the required unique ID numbers established for them during their CAW creation stage and will just never work. Every time you travel to or away from one of these, you will land in a fresh instance of the world instead of the intended one and all of the sims who were supposed to still be there will go missing on you or will still be in your game as foreign but unreachable.
