I explain better, one of the news that interests me of the expansion "into the future" is the possibility of having two different types of work, one in the present and one in the future.
I have two sims that in the present one work as a rock star and the other as a bot builder, but in the future a sim works as a astronomer and the other in the bot arena job. The problem that traveling in the future using this mod their works have been reset by keeping those of their present, now I have tried to give them back the works they had in the future, but when they return to the present and return to the future, their works have been resetted again.
So I ask if there is a way to prevent it from being resetted and keep two different works or if it's me that I'm doing something wrong.

No, unfortunately a Sim can only have one career regardless if they've traveled or not.
