That's actually a good City Hall. Reminds me of the City Hall rabbithole from Appaloosa Plains.

Hey, that mod from Bluegenjutsu works a treat! How did I not know about it before?? Thanks again, johannshah! it works great. Yes, it's brutal in that it stops sims visiting any other rabbithole, but that's alright. If I miss sims going to the Bistro, I'll just take out the Bistro ITUN out lol.
Thanks everyone for your help :))

I was going to suggest just saving the lot to your library, bulldozing the one that's there, and replacing with the copy of it. But I'm glad to see you got it fixed!

@Tangie0906, thanks! I actually did do that amongst other things but it's weird, the rabbit hole is just too darn attractive lol. I thought maybe it was the rug (jynx's rugs) that was the cause rather than the rabbithole building but the mod is doing the job so I'll stick with that :)

Yeah, whatever works! But that sure was odd behavior. Never seen it before and sure hope I don't! :)

I used jynx's city hall rug once in a CC world (Suvadiva) that didn't have a city hall. I just wanted to reach NRaas options so I put it in a basement. I only had 40 residents on the island. After playing a week or so in game I started to wonder where everyone was. I installed Tagger and found half them in that city hall rabbit hole. I could not imagine why they needed to be there. I ended up just deleting it and buying one of my sims a laptop instead. That helped a lot. I wish I had known about Bluegenjutsu's mod.

The thing is, is it a glitch with the rugs themselves? I really don't want to use the buildings or put them in the basement to have access to the rabbit holes jobs. I was even going to change the rugs to Cazarupt's (I think that's the name) but I heard they weren't working properly and Jynxs rugs were more stable. Is that right?

The Jynx's rabbithole rugs do have an environment score: whereas the standard rabbithole building doesn't.
So it's possible that maybe attracting them or making the lot more attractive.

Hello deesim - I use Cazarup's rugs and have not had any problems with them at least not in my games and I think littlambsy has those in some of her Ultimate Career Lots. She's away for a couple of days but hopefully she can confirm when she returns. It could be the person who said they were problematic got them confused with the RH Doors that often were not setting/placing in correctly.

@johannshah - Thank you so much for that link. I don't know how I managed to miss that one.

Thanks, brappl! I may use Cazarupt's rugs then, they look nicer :)
@ sittingbear, that's interesting to know. So this environment score, can it be adjusted?
