I've done everything that was on the list and I've started the game. The ''old'' game still doesn't work but I started a new one in Sunset Valley and the problem doesn't occur anymore in that one! I wasn't that far with my old game so I'm just going to continue with the new one! Thank you both a lot for helping me out!

Yeah, I was afraid that would happen on your old saves, due to having saved with those incompatible mods. There might be ways to recover them, but if its not really progressed that far its better to start anew game and build on that.
