Yeah, Boney isn't a real sim in the classic sense but having her wandering about your game even if you can't see her without a coffin to call her home can also lead to game corruption (and her calling for dates, so I've heard). Definitely give TAing her a try, if you can.
Wasn't that MC reset before the IF sim was flushed out with MC? Might be worth another go at that (sorry, I know it sounds like we're grasping at straws here and we kind of are at the moment).
Script Errors?

I deleted bonehilda, the extra imaginary friend doll, and the imaginary friend (stripes) all from master controller. I reset everything again, and.. my game still froze. Nothing was recorded by any of my mods. But it still freezes AFTER 5:30 pm. And not much after. I can still play for a little before and IRONICALLY things are so much smoother than they used to be. lol

Well, it's not so ironic in that we've reset the world several times now and added ErrorTrap to help things out. But we still of course haven't isolated the targeted problem. if it were me, at this stage I would be using Traveler to move a household out to new adventures. Or set this save aside and start a new game, in the hopes that someone else has some better ideas that we haven't thought of yet -- we are a little "understaffed" this week due to the holidays.

Overwatch seems to be stumbling over the fixes in Version 121 revolving the Juice Issue that spread like wildfire on inactives in your Homeworld after having visited University World.

Unsure if moving to another world will solve this error you are confronted with. If it's still happening on a new world, you'll need to check your mods setup if you have any outdated Motives tuning mod, since OW can't find the Motive in your core files.

A tuning mod is a mod that overrides the game core files directly through your Mods folder right after you start your game, these type of mods you don't have to set with any type of settings, just plunge them into your mod setup and the game will behave as such.
So basically a Motive Tuning mod is something that adjust the motives (percentages): Hunger / Energy / Bladder / Social / Hygiene / Fun.
The Mods in our Suite (NRaas) are scripting mod and will inject the codes when you load up a new Town / Saves. Since you are patch through 1.67 it might be that your using some kind of motive tuning mod that's made before patch 1.50.
Or you are using this Motive Tuning mod already and Overwatch can't find the entry that it supposed to "correct".
See if this helps.
