Relativity

Hi, everybody. Not that I have a problem, but I just want to ask. Does anyone use Relativity all the time? I was happy to discover this mod, which until recently successfully hid from my eyes. Finally, my Sims will be able to do more things! But no one had any problems? I seemed to be doing fine. The only thing that  surprised me - "jumping" or "hanging" moon. Is it as it should be?

Yes many have been using it for years without issue. The sky jumping is normal. It's animation runs on the simulator which is pulled back to slow time down.

Once I tried Relativity I couldn't go back.  The only time I don't use it is when I'm playing a challenge where the mod would definitely be cheaty.  One issue I've come across, and I'm not sure it's been confirmed to be due to Relativity, is that plants growing outdoors will go dormant very early in the fall and stay that way until spring.  I usually move to a greenhouse by then so it doesn't affect me much anymore.

Chain_Reaction, ok, thanks. If that's the way it should be, then I'll try to ignore it. I just need to get used to it. But this discovery was sudden. Usually the sun and the moon are not visible in my town, but suddenly the moon appeared from behind the mountains with a strange animation.

TreyNutz, I don't know what happens when the seasons change. I'm still just experimenting and trying to find the optimal speed. It is very unusual when the day goes much longer than usual.

The plants going dormant are part of the Seasons EP, if I recall correctly. And I love Relativity, it is the mod that originally landed me at NRass, can't play without pretty much all the mods here now.

Mandelyn, I think TreyNutz was a little wary of the fact that his plants went into hibernation earlier than usual. And I would never have noticed anything strange if the moon hadn't appeared. Shadows and lights are off, the sun is always behind the clouds, at night extremely rarely emerge stars.... Now I noticed that the clock hand also has a similar animation. But in any case, this mod is useful to me. Why didn't I notice it before? I remember I once threw a party on the beach, the dress code was swimsuits. Very quickly it was dark and looking at the guests, I myself was a little cold :D
