Do elders really live up age 85 with NRASS Tagger? That's a too short in my opinion. I'd want the, to live up to age 122 (Yes, its super rare and doesn't seem possible but there was a woman who lived up to that age).
Also why aren't pets ages listed in game options?

It's possible that I am not understanding either question, please correct me if this is the case. Tagger does not define how long a sim lives. It can, optionally if one wants, display a value of the sims' current ages in real years. How that conversion is defined is up the player and depends on whether or not Seasons is installed. See City Hall > Tag Information > Age in Years on this page

Pet lifespans are listed in EA's built-in Game Options on the same screen as the human ones. There should be a pull-down next to the sliders to see the other species if Pets is installed and loading.

It's just a unit of measure thing -- sim days vs. real life years. I never used this feature, so out of curiosity I switched it on yesterday after posting here and found that my YAs are 4 years old. They do act like it sometimes, but that's not right. After fiddling with Tagger's settings I got a more realistic report on each based on my 242 sim day lifespan, but decided I didn't like it and switched it off again. I've had this lifespan for so long that I'm totally used to thinking in terms of sim days anyway. Other players really like it once they get it to make sense.
I've got young adults in my16th century 100 baby challenge of Storybrook County,Maine who are all young adults and listing as being about sixteen year olds according to Tagger though that's not too bad when anybody of that age back then would've been a young adult.I've got my calender on 60 day sim years and have very long lifespans so that reading is accurate.
This is what has worked for me in my game. I never could really create a realistic setting to reflect the correct number of years my sims are. As igazor did, I shut that off and play in terms of sim days. I have a 625 sim days life span reflecting number of days I assigned to each sim category. My Seasons settings relflect a total year length of 55 sim days. I have set Tagger to show how many days until my sim ages up. I rotate households so these settings allow me some time to make an adjustment to the number of sim days allocated.
