Delete the Sims 3 folders that you see

Then the one that says Windows

Some shows and some doesn't? That sounds like there could be a Hidden Folder in the Virtual Store. Been log time since I used the Pathway to it in Win 7 let me see if I can remember it if some one else doesn't beat me to it

You shouldn't need to be Logged into the Launcher when it gives me that login thingy I just close the Launcher and start over. I use the Download load tabs from my Purchase History and let them open up the Launcher I don't start the Launcher before I download

You should be able to.
But are you Logged into the Launcher? That could be part of way they won't install.

Oh I didn't know about those I've never Logged into the Launcher when I download and install Store Items never worked right for me or was it I could never get the Launcher to actually Login

Maybe you have a Hidden Folder in the Virtual Store which operating system do you have?

Are these Store Items stuff you've re-downloaded?
