Worth a try I know if I don't have Lot Inspections turned my sims in the Gardening career always move out of the house that has a garden to one that doesn't. :huh:

You may have to activate the 'buydebug' cheat, because items from buydebug won't be deleted if the cheat isn't active. Dragging the hammer over the lot will delete them without the cheat. The cheat is only needed to make them visible so that you can remove only what you don't want and keep the rest.

Then it might have something to do with houseboats. Kinda like houses on stilts if you place an object over the stilt it becomes unmovable in Build/Buy.

SP might change it again unless you set Career: Allow Find Job to False, but that would mean you'd need to manually assign careers for new sims as well or else live with the consequences of the game itself choosing for you. Not sure never really done that. Probably easier to tell us what the tuning mod does as most tuning mods won't be affected.
