No it shouldn't but Simulated Emotions and possibly Sinister Circuits could, maybe.
Have ruled out a possible mod conflict?

Exactly what does the error say "Invalid License. Reason Code=Invalid Cipher (0x0006)" It will say exactly that, then kick me back into the EA app, and won't appear again (at least for a while). Just another thing that doesn't really affect anything but simply bugs me because of how strange it is. ...

I will draw a wall onto the lot first, and then bulldoze it, that way I am sure I am deleting the contents of the lot first, and not the lot itself.

I usually just put a cheap chair on the lot then bulldoze it.
