Okay, it turns out I never had the MC file that came with 2.1 But I decided to remove 2.1 anyways, and I downgraded to 1.0. That seemed to work and CAS is behaving normally. Thank you C-Dark and igazor for the help

I do have LD's Smooth Patch + the MC file that comes with it. However, I've had it for a while now and I've never had issues with it until now I suppose. Once I get the chance, I'll check if it's causing the issue

Interesting that everyone seems to be having this issue in Riverview. I've also had trees strangely migrating, but this occurred in Moonlight Falls.

For me it wasn't all the trees, but just those specific types of trees. Having all the trees shift though sounds chaotic haha

Inactive sims aren't rotating. I don't have additional outfits for my Active sims, so for them it has been set to "false." My Inactive sims do rotate outfits when I force them to through the Dresser menu, but I don't think that means anything.

Well, I did place some lots along the road where those trees were found but I don't think that could be the cause too, because I had found some more trees in roads where I did not place any additional lots.

It's true for Inactive sims, but it's false for Active sims.
