Can I use Debug Enabler to change a lot's value in game?
Thank you all for taking the time and trouble to answer my questions. From a player standpoint, I must admit I'm a bit surprised that the cost of the lot and the fabric of the house aren't included in the bill calculation. Although I guess it makes sense from a coding standpoint if the walls etc are...

Can I use Debug Enabler to change a lot's value in game?
Thank you for the reply, I'm kind of sad that set value doesn't apply to the lot value but oh well. The freerealestate cheat and deduct funds idea is a great alternative. Thank you for enabling the lazy chicken. :D As a follow up question. I have been trying to figure out if a sim's bills take into ...

Can I use Debug Enabler to change a lot's value in game?
I'm being a bit of a lazy chicken here. I've recently started a game in the CC world of Niua Simoa. The sim I'm playing is one who came with the world and he's pretty broke at the moment. I'd like to him to save up and move to a new lot but the one I want costs 80,000 simoleons for the empty lot. No...

How difficult is it to make a mod?
If you use Master Controller, could you use the Pollinate function to get the result you want? Your sims won't have to go to the hospital but you could remove the money from their family funds if you still want them to pay. Alternatively, would this mod work? I haven't tried it myself but it include...

Thank you so much for checking this for me Chain-Reaction. I appreciate you taking the time. I had been trying to think of a workaround for the game I hoped to play and hadn't had a huge amount of luck, so this is great news.Chain_Reaction wrote: ↑February 1st, 2024, 4:27 amThe reward should give immunity to all vectors from what I can see.

Thank you for letting me know that there's no immunity. I'm playing with Zombie Scourge and everything has been fine so far. For this particular game, I wanted the entire town infected but would then have liked the children of my active family to be able to move out (hence why I wanted the immunity)...

Game doesn't see the mods
I may have misread your comment but I noticed you didn't mention having a Resource.cfg file in your mods folder? You only mention the mods folder itself and the package folder? If that is correct you haven't got everything you need. This link has instructions on how to set up your mod folder and a z...

Vector and Simmunity
I noticed in the release notes for Vector that it said, "Added coding to handle the new "Simmunity" life-time reward". I wondered if anyone knows what this entails. I'm guessing that it only gives sims immunity to minor diseases like colds and simfluenza, but I was hoping it might give immunity to Z...

Of course adding the extra link in a new message is always an option. Sometimes my daftness amazes even me.
