I've tried messing with kEccentricTraitTimeBoost and I have seen no real difference in inventing time by an eccentric Sim no matter how high I set it.
EDIT: Nevermind, seems the problem is that I was using whole numbers instead of decimals. My Sim is inventing at the speed of light now. Many thanks.
