If you want to import them like with the other settings, you can export them with Overwatch separately and import them the same way then. You don't have to export all settings together, just choose only Retuner in the process.

I saved all NRaas settings through Overwatch and imported them into another save and all came over, including the Retuner ones.

I looked with Retuner but I can't find a setting to stop sims from constantly switching tv channels, either if I want them to watch a specific channel (mostly for skilling or with their friends) or if I turn on a lot appropriate channel on a community lot, they can't keep their fingers off the remot...
