So as your suggested, I removed those sims fire fighter careers. 
Result > no more script errors so far:)

I believie those sims are from sim finder app. 
when ever I used the app. The sim appear from nowhere to stand idle at mail box. Then vanished later on. 
Is that an issues aswell?
